Mandel offers a number of Biosearch (formerly Lucigen) products for cloning and expression applications. The Colony Fast-Screen Kits provide a rapid and sensitive method for choosing desired clones from a cloning experiment or in a library without having to prepare overnight cultures or plasmid minipreps. These kits are also amenable to high-throughput applications. The End-It DNA End-Repair Kit allows you to repair sheared, nebulized, or restriction enzyme-digested genomic DNA for preparation of templates for next-gen sequencing or shotgun library preparation.
