This Shimadzu application note highlights a rapid LC-MS/MS method with full separation of the two cyanotoxins and internal standards being achieved in only eight minutes.

In addition to the fast run time, the method provides lower LOQ and a wider dynamic range than those reported in EPA Method 545, enabling samples with a broader range of concentrations to be analyzed in a single batch without the need of additional sample prep.
